Key Responsibilities:
- Digital Dictation & Document Production: Create legal documents and correspondence via digital dictation.
- Diary Management: Organise appointments and meetings while managing the solicitors diary for smooth operations.
- File Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of client files, including opening, closing, and ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of two years in a residential conveyancing department.
- Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills. Familiarity with legal IT systems is a plus.
